I too am a victim of these malicious acts. I was contacted from spectra financial and sold on a $2000.00 credit limit with 0% annual percentage rate for the the next three years. This fradulent business is not bargaining in good faith what so ever. They are very rude and are not conducting business in the best interest of the consumers of the E-business world.
I am a 25 year old just starting off in the world trying to establish credit references and a good credit standing here in the United States of America, I can't see why myself or any one else in our grat nation should be subjected to such a malicious act of bad business and fraudulance. I am willing and able to do the best I can to either start or participate in a class action suit to stop and prevent such events to occur to hard working citizens of this country or any other.
California and New York are two of the largest states in America, and thier should be some type of monitoring system to control and ban such scandals as the one we are apart of. The class action suit should not only be against Spectra Financial but also the Banking and or financial institutions who promote or facilitate such fraudulent activities. I will work hard and diligentley to find away to bring these tyrants down in an effort to recoop any financial losses to the frauded / as well as restore the trust and confidence of the E-business world.
