Capital choice sent me a letter for a pre-approved platinum credit card with a $5,000 credit limit. The catch was I had to send them a $39.00 check. I just graduated high school and I'm trying to establish some credit so I sent the check. They told me my credit would arrive in 10 days and its been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. It really makes me mad that they can just take your money and run and you can't do anything about it.
