Card Advertised With No Annual Fee Charged Monthly Fee Instead

I mailed an application for a Citibank credit card because they claimed it had no annual fee. Right. It turned out to be a MONTHLY fee.

Then my payments started taking an extra week to clear, so late fees were added. The last late fee took me over the credit limit, which resulted in an over-the-limit fee.

I called to cancel my account, which they did, but they charged me monthly membership fees until it was paid off.
