Called by phone and told that could get a credit card and the fee would be deducted from checking account. Was told that would take fee out on Feb 18 but didn't take till Feb 25. I was told would get long distance service. Told them didn't want that. They gave me numbers to call to activate and cancel. Did call to cancel that.
I thought they would send me everything in the mail.
Called them back on March 18 and told would need to go to internet at EncoreFinancialResources.com to apply for credit cards. I never took the time to do this.
When tried to go to website I got the search engine that directed me to the site consumer complaints. Now I wish I had.
