Encore Financial Resources called and promised us a credit card of our choice a phone card and a gas card good for anytime anywhere. All this for $139.95.
They took the money out too early costing us fees, I told them not to take out the money since they lied. They took out extra money! The pass code for the web site would not work. We complained they said they would refund us if three credit card co. Denied us 6 denied us They said they had to send in an application.
They accused my husband and I of being liars. I was really stressed have been out money on anxiety medicine and the same day they accused us of being liars and I stressed out real bad I miscarried my baby.
They didn't send us a gas card, we have been trying to get a refund back since Nov. 24 It is now January 31. If any comments please contact me by using the rebuttal box below.
