Ripoff bogus colection attempt

2-3-05 i recieved a statement from nco financial systems stating that i owed 124.05 for ebay bill, i have called the illinois attorney generals office to start filing complaint, i do not owe ebay any $, looks like fraud to me as a couple others have recieved a statement as well
