Ripoff charged with a bill i never made to am express, a card i never have owned horsham

I was sent a statement from NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, stating I owed $248.64 to Am. Express.
I have never had an Am. Express charge card, let alone charge anything on one. I called NCO
and talked to a lady by the name of Amy. She let me know they were going to ruin my credit, if I didn't pay the bill. She told me the bill owed was now at 277.64. I asked her how it went up $29.00 in one day. She told me it was $30.00 that Am. Express added on for late fees.
I told her she could kiss my ass, and that they better do something about the false charge. She let me know that they were going to keep coming after me for the money. I hung up on her, and filed this report
