I have had the account for 4 years. I have been a day late twice and have never missed a payment in that time until Dec 04. I told Aspire the payment would be made up in Jan, made the Jan payment on time.
I told them a second payment would be made by Jan 29 to catch my arrears up. The entire month I have been called at work daily. Some have been nice, others have been insulting and abusive. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times and was refused.
I was lied to about the Jan payment being received, I guess in an attempt to get another payment immediately, and had to call the service voicemail to find out about it. I worked up from a $300 limit to an $1800 limit over two years and was immediately cancelled when new banking regulations went into effect, even though my payment record over two years had been one day late one time.
