I got an email stateing do you want to repair you're credit?

Who doesnt so i filled out there application at no time did i give my permission to take $159.00 dollars from my checking account. But they did they are very deceptive. Now there saying i can get a partial refund if it was in a timeley manner that i cancell. Help
