This is my second report on Ocwen Bank. When I first wrote there were around 6 people who had also reported to "Rip Off". Now I see around 70 reports, all with the same and distrurbing complaints.
Ocwen Bank is not going to get away with this Gross Neglience and poor Accounting Practices. This Employee who wrote in made a very intresting statement. He said Ocwen Bank has over ONE MILLION loans in their porfolio. 1,000, 000? They process over 300 or can only manage 300 Customers a day! This person also defends Ocwen Bank and it's Management, as he says" I don't believe that a Customer service reps do not reply or get back with the customer".
We who have written a report no for a fact that Ocwen Bank does not return calls and has the worst Customer Relations on the Planet.
One Million Accounts, and they began business in what year? They have their own "in house Attorneys who have a total disrespect for every law that was written that protects the consumers. These guys are Attorneys or so they say, its really hard for me respect anyone who believes that what they are doing is OK.
How easy it is for someone with little or no funds to be "Slapped" all over the place by these so called defenders of the law.
Scary, real scary because they now how easy prey we are. Easy prey, little or no funds to strike back make Ocwen and their thugs Bad Bad Boys.
Well they have gone to far as I read on and on of Ocwen Bank and thier questionable Accounting Tactics.
They have laughed at me and mocked the laws of the land enough.
They have refused to correct my account and properly audit and correct and contact me in writing as prescribed by the Law, Ms Clovis.
They have started to sale my Home I built myself in 1985. They failed to pay my property taxes. They have failed to post the funds I paid at all. They have billed me for the late fees and interest.
I have a written reply that confirmms that there accounting and research Department is Stupid. These bullies know that we don't have the resouces to defend are self. Most of us really don't and they know it.
This Bank is Evil and dishonest. The Motive is greed, plain ol greed. They have met their match. The more of us against them will win so let me here from all who want to take them on. I will not quit until this company is brought to Justice.
The Federal Goverment must stop doing business with Ocwen Bank and I want everyone to write to thier Congressman now. Use your Computer as a super tool to get your message out. Enough is Enough. Robert E Lewis
