I checked my bank statment on January 19, and was quite suprise to see and automatic withdrawl for $79.95 from a CIC Credit Monitoring report. First and foremost, I don't know who these people are and why I was chared for a report that I didn't request. I also tried to call the toll free number listed on my statement and was told the office was closed and to call back at a later time which I intend to do. I have also place a complaint with my bank and will be filling out a report to try and get may money back.
