I forwarded to them insurance checks for work performed at my home in February. I have complied with all their requests for forms that they require for them to reimburse me those funds so I can pay the contractor. To date, there is still $5, 637.48 outstanding which is owed for the mitigation portion of the claim. Ms. Melissa Gonzalez has mishandled this process and failed to perform her responsibilities in a timely manner. They claim to have mailed the check on May 16, to date the check has not arrived. I received a letter from them on May 16 which was mailed on May 13, today is May 20 and the check supposedly mailed on the 16 has not been delivered. You can't get a straight answer out of them, they make everything very confusing and I feel they are out to defraud Seniors.
