Guess Watch JR2905 Paid in September, Never Arrived or Refunded

I ordered a Guess watch on eBay (JR2905) and paid by PayPal on the 19th of September. It is now the 15th of January, and after so many attempts, I still have no watch or money back. It is a system, do not use it.
