Bought lower unit from Marine store on ebay. Add stated rebuilt. Unit was old, corroded, seals bad, wrong shaft in it and metal shavings in the oil. Filed claim with Paypal with all pictures, with police report for on-line fraud. Paypal would not answer my e-mails unless I called their hard to get customer service reps. Paypal denied claim!!! I guess money talks and everything else walks on PAYPAL and EBAY! PayPal and East creek marina are crooks and believe in the ole mighty dollar before customer service. I will be dumping pay-pal after I close all my sales and will be reporting East creek Marina of Jamesport and PAYPAL to the states attorney general and BBB today also. DO NOT USE PAYPAL and for sure watch out for East creek Marina of Jamesport!!!
