Bluebird
American Express / walmart Have money in my bluebird account but won't let me access funds to shop for items family needs thought this was a good thing but had nothing but trouble. Held payroll check no Christmas

Have nothing but problems with the new bluebird debit checking alternative offered at Walmart. Have been trying to use service since October, there have been some neglect on the corporate side holding your money sometimes 6 to 8 days. Not letting you use ATM when funds are available. I am lower middle class and really thought this may be a good thing. Will not recommend this service to anyone. Until American Express and Walmart get the customer management system worked out. Or do with out your hard earned money
