This is the WORST bank since Bank of America, they might even be worse.

They make you wait on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone on the line who won't help you at all.
I've filed multiple complaints with the BBB on this, which hasn't gotten me anywhere really, but it helps establish a reputation.
We never got the sign up bonuses promised.
They bait and switch continually, selling us one thing and not disclosing costs associated, even when we ask outright if there are any, and very specific costs associated.
They continually change the time at which a deposit will post to the account, sometimes it's 10:00pm, sometimes 9:00, even if you get it in on time they'll still sit on it.
