I fired up my AC last week and I heard a bang and no air. I called my home warranty company Colonial Home Warranty to file a claim, the technician was out that evening and came back the next day with a new fan for my AC. This was very good service and only had to pay a small service fee. The technician told me the fan was very expensive since he could not put a generic and they approved it with no problem.
