Job-Loss Insurance Claim Demands Three Pages of Paperwork

When I received my loan, I took out insurance in case I lost my job. Well, I lost my job and I told them. They want me to fill out 3 pages of paperwork, when all they have to do is call my former employer. They want to take my car.
