I have had a account with US Bank for a few months now. I have not had one good experience with them! Customer Service is baD, the mobile app is a joke, they take way to long to credit deposits to your account, and I didn't receive my ATM card till a month after I opened my account. I had to go to the branch 3 times and request a card before I finally received it. I hade Bank of America for 6 years prior to this and I'm going back. I don't usually wright reviews on anything but I hope this will ditour anyone from opening up a account with them.
