On or about December 28th I recieved a pop-up from USA Platinium for a credit card. After they advised that I was approved they went on to advise me that I would be charge a fee for activation and processing.
When I was advised of the fee I canceled the card by selecting no where indicated on the on-line application and did not proceed any further.
On December 31 I recieved an overdraft statement from my bank advising that I had overdrawn $149.95 plus an additional $29.00 overdraft fee. I had no idea what this was and went to my bank and was advised that the money was withdrawn from USABENEFIT, discretionary data Commonwealth Mark, Service Class 225,800-685-9354, Company ID 503670829B, settlement date 364.
