Charged for service not used, a collection agency filed a report against meon my credit report for unpaid amount of 157.00, a fraudulent charge since I had only called direct tv to request assist to set up their service and was unable to obtain a satelite service at all, live in a remote area unable to obtain direct tv service. Never received their service. Sent from one service person to another, given different explanations by all request management to explain sevice problem none responded. Collection agent was able to give correct explanation, but I still have to pay the fee. So really unresolved and fraudulent claim by Direct TV, will never use their service again.
