Ripoff! They doubled my interest rate to 20.55% running the card over

I alway pay more than min monthly on my card. The interest was 11.74% with available credit of $96. They doubled my interest rate to 20.55% running the card over and now there is fees making the card today over $58. I do not have funds to pay off the card and was happy before this happened Wed.
