I filed a claim with Armed Forces Insurance because of hail damage to the roof of my previous home. They paid they claim after kicking and screaming, my first claim in 10 years! Had a VERY difficult time contacting anyone to help, and even when I did find someone they were extremely inept. Now I go to purchase another house and realize that Armed Forces has added, without my knowledge, a $25 claim to my record so that I would have to pay a significantly higher premium with another insurance company. The $25 claim is complete nonsense, they told me it was to send an email!?!?! If I got $25 for every time I sent an email I would be rich like they are. Do not be fooled by the "Armed Forces" name, all they want is your $ and provide HORRIBLE service. They take advantage of service members! If you choose them you have been warned!
