I have spent about 5 hours trying to open a PayPal account, but they say I already have one. I know I have not used it in years and it has been dormant, but they keep stonewalling me with their fancy sites, and my numerous requests to just speak to someone to help me are totally ignored.
First they say I am registered under my email, but then they do not acknowledge the same email address. All their responses are computer generated, and I cannot get any help. Why are people so happy with PayPal? I am certainly not!!!
