I have to wonder if I am the only person that goes into the Key Bank in Gig Harbor (off Olympic Dr) and has consistantly bad service. I had an oppty to see how the Manager (Tammy Tolberg) handles things first hand, and I am convinced their level of service comes from the top down. Her response to my problem, when I explained how I had a problem with service every time I came into that particular branch was: "Then I suggest you don't come to this branch". WHAT??? She is as miserable as are all of her employee's who work there!
