Recently, my Yahoo music account was hacked, and someone used it to purchase 12 songs at $0.99 each. At the time the account balance was only about $2.00 because the deposits from the week hadn't yet been made. After the second song purchase, Chase began charging me $34.00 per transaction! Transactions totalling $9.90 magically morphed into $349.90. Each $0.99 transaction was hit with a $34.00 insufficient funds fee. Huh??? I went to the branch to dispute the charges; however, since the Yahoo music account was the source of the fees, Chase flatly refused to refund the charges. Terrible... Terrible customer service.
