Although I typed in the preliminary information to receive a "free" credit report from CIC CREDIT MONITORING, I signed off after discovering a need to cancel the card after a month of "free" service.
Imagine my surprise when I received a $9.99 charge on the card anyway. And the company has billed me again this month.
This - dispite the fact I have never received a credit report, free or otherwise (nor requested one).
This company is obviously fraudulant and seems to get and keep your personal information even when no express permission is given.
