The mortgage company has increased my mortgage payment by three hundre dollars within a year period. My committed loan amount after taxes and other included expenses was 1,081. Oo in 2003.
I have not had a n increase in any taxes or other items beside the principal of the loan which is 625.00. I just was charged 1.292.00 for my monthly mortgage. Also twice my house was listed for auction due to paxes not being paid. How can a company get away with taking my money, over charging me and causing me the stress of property up for foreclosure. I am appauled that sensior's are being taken advantage of like this.
Especially by such a reputable company.
