Great American Gun Stock Company. Henry Pohl kept returned item and kept all money

I purchase a rifle stock from great american rifle stock com. With the promis from Henry Pohl that if for any reason the stock did not work, I could return it with a full refund as long as I paid return postage.

The stock sent by G.A.G.S.com. Was the wrong item. At my expense I returned the stock as agreed by Henry Pohl. When I called him to get a credit on my credit card He (Henry Pohl) said verbaly he did not have the money to return. Now he has the money and the stock. So I'm out nearly $200. Oo.

The great American Gun Stock com. Should not be allowed to do business over the net. Or to the public. His actions are little more than theft.
