This company writes many Mobile Home Ins policies. It took me 3 months and an attorney and I still couldn't get the adjustor to contact me. Multiple phone calls to the adjustor, the agent who sold me the policy and the companies home office in TX went unanswered. After I got my attorney involved the company immediately denied the claim based on inaccurate and false information provided by the adjustor.
After taking a closer look at this policy it is a very poor policy. Very different from Home Ins policies which are more standard in coverages. This policy basically excludes everything.
I would recommend taking a look at other Insurance Companies for Mobile home coverage.
