I joined the company back in July. Every since the day I joined them I have been having problems. I never new that there was a site where I could have learned about all of the problems that this company caused to there clients. If I had ever known I would have never joined. Now that I have joined I too have gone through several customer service representatives. It seemed like every week I had a new one. Also, recently it has come to my attention that the owner of the company has passed and all of the accounts have moved to American Debt Counseling. I was able to get in contact with this company and they informed me that any money left with Debt Relievers is no longer in existance. I find that very strange because I would like to know what happened to all of the clients 1st time payment that was promised to them after they complete the program?
I am currently trying to find some information or resources that I can use to get my money back. That's how I cam across this website.
