Cashnet (payday loan company) harassed me yesterday. I man by the name of Fred called me from the phone number 1-800-666-8107 EXT 822 demanding a payment to be set up by credit card today. I told him that I would send 50.00 a month by western union and I hung up on him. (I have the western union info) he called back and said that he would keep calling back everytime I hung up on him and if I didn't make a payment by credit card with him in the amount of 75.00 today and if I refused to pay he would call my boss at work.
I got scared and went ahead and made arrangements with him. I told them I would have to call him in order for him to authorize the payments. Is there any way to file complaint against these people? I was at work when he called and probably could of got me in trouble.
