Ripoff

I was contacted about a Visa credit card and asked if I had applied before and was turned down. I stated, Yes I was and then was told for 299 they would issue me one.

I sent funds and to no prevail, the Visa never came to me.

Sorry not much detail, but I think you get the idea from the other complanits.
