Fundamental Consumer Strategy biggest scam ever! New York Canada

I have received a phone call from fundamental consumer strategy saying that I have been approved for a mastercard with a credit limit of $2,300 and all I would have to do is give an initial deposit of $299.00 in order for me to receive my credit card they asked me for my bank account # and recorded a conversation with me stating that I give them my permission to deduct the $299.00 out of my bank account and they also gave my a phone # to call just incase that I might not have that $299.00 on that day that they would deduct that amount out but the phone # that they gave me always had a busy sinal I have tried to call for weeks but have never got through the only time that I got through was when their office was closed this is the biggest scam ever!!!
