Name of Rippoff Artist Frank Alexander/John Michaels this company uses both names of Fundamental Consumer Strategy (aka) Strategic Credit Education they both ask for the same confronmation number from a credit card form evenidently when you decide not to accept the offer on line they keep the information once it entered on line exiting out of site does not erase your info.
