I was applying for a credit card but then decieded to cancel it, when i went to look up my banking account i noticed that the amount of 150.00 dollars was taken out of my account. But it had a telephone number next to it. There was no indication that i had to pay this amount when i applied for it. When i called this number and explained to this women that this can't be and i want this taking off my account and she said she couldn't do that then i said find your manager or someone who will, so a guy got on the phone and all he said was he coudn't take it off and there was nothing that he could do about it, i'm so upset and crying over this because that was money towards my rent and i'm curently unemployed now and clolecting a small amount of money each week, please help me please. I'm so sick over this
