Just returning from a vacation we found our garage doors inoperable. Placed call and sent email in the evening, long after regular work hours. Received one call back that very night and one again in the morning.By 1 pm on the day after the request was made, the repairs had been made. I am new to Colonial Home Warranty and am thrilled and impressed with the response, and the customer service attitude.
