I have proof that ocwen had in hand all money past due to cover my principal, interest, and late fees. The day after this money was wired to them the foreclosure papers were signed by the clerk of the court in my county. The day after the foreclosure were signed by the clerk of the court they returned only a portion of the money to me and have kept the rest of the money. I know this has to be illegal but it seems like they think they are above the law. Any advice as to what action I should take?
