Ocwen lawsuit 502004CA9133XXXXMB
Ocwen has stupped to a new low, Ocwen submitted an Amended Claim for Relief stating I violated an IPA agreement signed in November. This agreement has an SSN of 487-274-8956 (not even a real number) and the signature MATCHES THE SIGNATURE exactly on the signed consulting agreement which Ocwen was in BREACH.
READ THE EMAILS SENT MONTHS after this contract was supposedly signed.

Dale;
I had a hallway conversation with HR and it seems that I have not signed an IPA.
I confirmed this with Eric and Stuart, if you will point me to the right person. I will touch base and make sure it gets resolved.
Thanks
Richard,
I can understand that you might not have remembered signing the IPA because
it was in November. I will send you another hard copy and appreciate you
abiding thereby.
Thanks. Kevin.

The only doc I signed was the executed contract between Ocwen and myself if
you have something else it something I never signed or have seen.

Richard,
I am actually looking at the original IPA which you signed on November 5,
2003. I will be happy to provide you a copy. I certainly don't want there
to be an issue with you violating your non-disclosure or other obligations
under the IPA.
Thanks. Kevin.

Kevin;
The doc I sent you and the project I was working at Ocwen are the docs I
have. I never signed an NDA or IPA agrrement, I ask about it a couple of
times but it never happened. Even sent an email to legal noone ever
responded to it.
