This credit union advertises great rates on loans and interest for Money Market Certificates. On 1-8 applied for a used car loan. On 1-10 I was "Conditionally Approved" pending their receipt of their seller's "Intent to Sell" form and a 15-day payoff from the lienholder of the car's current loan. On 1-23 I telephoned to find out when the loan would close and was told to sign on to their site becauser the message "Conditionally Approved" included the necessity for me to send two years of tax returns. There was no such message. I telephoned again and their technician tried to find it but it WAS NOT there. After complaining a manager insisted that I needed to send the tax returns. So after being approved for a $9,000 loan they changed what was required. Stay away from this credit union if you want fairness in your dealings.
