Well, I happen to be sick of all banks in the banking industry. I am especially upset with Regions Bank. There have been 2 charges debited from my account noted "Bank Corrections", that could not be explained by the bank. These charges have not been returned to my account from Febuary of last year. Even though the amount comes to less than 20 dollars, It has now become a matter of principle. If this is happening to me, it could happen to you. 20.00 here and there adds up when you have millions of customers. How much easy money are we going to allow them to make?
After nearly 4 months of silence from the bank manager, I notified Regions online with the issue. I was only then contacted by Mr. Ramsey concerning the issue. Disgusted, I have not replied yet.
Having been raised in a very successful family owned restaurant since the age of 8, I am very aware of good business practices. I also know how to count a deposit slip twice to make sure it is correct.
My Experience with Regions has been very negative, and I would urge anyone considering to open or do business with Regions Bank to think twice. I will be closing my account with Regions!
