They keep claiming they never recieve insurance renewals from my insurance company. This has been going on for a while now. I did get back 169.00 from them but I recently found out that when Green Tree was still Conseco, they had been charging me for insurance for all those years. I never did get back any thing from that. Now they are starting the same old stuff. They recently sent me a letter stating they have put insurance on me because they didn't recieve anything from my insurance company. I talked to my insurance company and they said they faxed them a copy when it renewed. When she tried to contact them about it she never gets a reply back from them.
