I recieved a call regarding a credit card with a $2500.00 limit and an 8.5% FIXED APR. I was told that there was a $299.00 initial charges, but then there would be no annual fees.
After the money was withdrawn from my account, and waiting 8 weeks for shipping, I received a box of coupons. I contacted the company, and they said I had not yet received the entire package and that an envelope would be coming in the mail a few days later. Again, upon receipt, it was not what I had been told.
I contact them again, asking for a refund, which the paperwork indicate was possible within 10 days. I was told it would take 5 days to process the return. After waiting 7 days, and having to contact them yet again, they told me I had been refused. Their reason behind this was that I had agreed to this from the beginning.
So, now my fiance and I won't be able to get married when we had origanally planned. These people have disrupted my life with lies and deceipt, and have performed very bad business ethics. Hopefully everyone who has complained against Premier Savings Group can get a lawsuite together and get this BAD BUSINESS shutdown!
