We received a letter from Castle Stawiarski, who was representing Chase, stating that if we were not out of our house by 10:00 a. M Nov. 20 the county sherrif would be there to make sure we got out. And everything that was left in the house would be up for auction.
We moved out immediatly. We singed some papers for Chase and turned our house over to them. 1 month later we recived a letter from Chase that said it looked as if our house looked abandoned!!!
Then, another month later, we receive not 1 but 5 letters form Castle Stawiarski stating that if we wanted to work something out - we could stay in our house and just rent it from month to month. Whaat???
