I have had my card with them for almost a year when i received a refund from my cell phone company for 600$ for my deposit. When that hit my account was red flagged and marked as potentially fraudulent. I called them about it and was sent to their risk management team to solve the issue. Well that team no longer works with their cards or services them. A few more calls, a bunch of run around and different stories every where i go i got basically nothing but them telling me i couldn't get to my money. They called me back the next day and told me that my account wasn't able to be recovered and that they would send me a refund check for what i had in there but i wouldn't be receiving any of that for about 45 days or so. They wont give me a clear reason as to why i was black listed or anything like that.
I have given them 2 weeks to get me my money, which i think is a reasonable amount of time, before i get a lawyer. I have also alerted the media about it because i have seen lots of people having the same problem, but they have refused to learn for their mistakes. Maybe i can help them learn.
