Sent $37 then found out online it was a rip off. It wasn't a credit card, but a shopping card which I haven't rec'd yet. But they already cashed my check

Offer said $10,000 line of credit for a $37 application fee. Sent in check, but then I looked online and found out it was a rip off. It's for a shopping card, not a credit card. They cashed my check, but I haven't rec'd anything yet. I have no address or phone number to contact. Please help.
