How about management turning a blind eye to collectors going to sean patricks on lunch and basically getting drunk, or doing or dealing drugs from the parking lots and in the bathrooms.
Or how about collectors stating they are in the legal dept. Calling about a debt, yet the legal dept only really handles complaints (if the complaints even get that far, many times collectors will use other collectors to field complaint call they might get)!!
