Windsor Group Calling at all hours. Threating bodily harm. Calling my neighbors starting at 6:30AM. Calling my 80 year old landlady, scaring her

The Windsor Group is the lowest of the low in debt collection.
My case has already been adjudicated and is done. This company tries to collect, when there is nothing to collect.
They call at all hours of the day and night. The use false names and make false statements.
Now, they are calling my neighbors. They are also bothering my 80 year old landlady.
I have made a complaint to the FTC and did what they said to do, but the calls keep coming.

You can read some real horror stories. They cannot threaten you with arrest or any legal process, but they do all the time.
The debt collectors on the phone work on straight commission, so they will say anything to scare you into paying for something you don't owe. They are a third party collector. When they buy bad debts knowingly, they cannot use any of the collection laws rendering them null and void.
