I noticed that my credit score took a big dive (80 points. When I checked my report NCO reported a collection that was supposed to have been paid off by my medical insurance company. Upon proof of insurance and after talking with a dozen inarticulate and unfriendly reps, it still was never erased and instead was filed as a public record on my credit report. It is a crime and a shame that this kind of practise can go on legally. This will take a lot of work to remove from my report.
