Ripoff It took 5 years to pay off my debt instead of the 4 they told me at first

I've not yet done any research but was extremely disappointed to find this site. They told me when I first signed up that it would take 4 years to pay off my debt and then it actually took five. I've always had an uneasy feeling about them since I never recieved any statements on my account and found it difficult to get the answers I needed when I called.
